SHIPPING POLICY

For retail orders we provide Free Standard Shipping (4-6 business days).

Need it faster? Use the shipping calculator on the Cart page to get pricing for Expedited (2-4 days) or Priority (2-4 days) shipping options.

The above shipping times include 1 day to process your order.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. However:

  • If your order was damaged during shipping, please send us an email to hello@hallgems.com that includes your order number, a picture of the damaged items, and a description and we will promptly refund you. Must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If your order is missing pieces, please send a description of the missing items to hello@hallgems.com along with your order number. If 10% or less of the items are missing we will refund 30% of the item cost. Note we’ve never had more than a few pieces missing in an order (i.e. a couple of spoons or lids). If you find yourself missing more, reach out to us and describe the situation and we will come to a fair resolution. Must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or you no longer want the item you bought, send us an email to hello@hallgems.com describing the issue and we will work with you to get to an ideal solution. Must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Login to the account that you created on HallGEMs and view your orders to view the sales receipt or send us an email to hello@hallgems.com.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will restock items that are out of stock, but do check with us by sending us an email at hello@hallgems.com to check with us on the timeline.

Where can I ship my order to?

For retail orders, we can ship anywhere in the United States and the United Kingdom.
