Where can I view my sales receipt?

You may login to the account that you created on HallGEMs and view your orders to view the sales receipt.

How can I return an item?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or plan to return an item you bought on our website, send us an email describing the issue and we will reply with an ideal solution.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will restock items that are out of stock, but do check with us by sending us an email at hello@hallgems.com to check with us on the timeline.

Where can I ship my order?

For retail orders, we only accept shipping in the USA.
For wholesale orders, we will ship worldwide.
